The first stop smoking hypnosis session is 2 hours. We’ll talk about your habits and patterns surrounding smoking, why you want to quit and what you like about smoking.
Then I will use two techniques, one will be NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing) to visualize your day being smoke free. Then the hypnosis starts, and for your convenience I even record the hypnosis so you can use it again and again as needed.

Many professional athletes have benefited from the use of sports hypnotherapy. Time Magazine reported in a cover story on the 1984 Olympics that on the night before the finals in women's gymnastics, Mary Lou Retton, then age 16, lay in bed at the Olympic Village mentally rehearsing her performance ritual. She would later produce a flawless performance and earn a Gold medal at the Olympics.
Phil Jackson (NBA head coach) insists that the Chicago Bulls practiced daily self-hypnosis when he coached Michael Jordan and the Bulls to their 6 NBA Championships. Jackson credited his morning practice of self-hypnosis, meditation, and visualization for their success.
